HOSPITAL STAFF PHARMACIST - FT. WAYNE, IN
Do you want to enjoy your family life and able to participate in your children's activities? If yes, this is the ideal position for you. Your hours are 8AM to 5PM and working every third weekend. You will be responsible to accurately receive new prescription orders from physicians. Compare all medication orders to patient information and review patient prescriptions for drug-to-drug interactions, prior to dispensing medications. Supervise work assignments of Technicians for accuracy, quality, and efficiency of work. Perform monthly CII narcotic audits. You will assist and support all established QA programs. Respond appropriately to all drug information questions. Maintain inventory control within pharmacy, including ordering, recycling, and disposition.
